Hotel Policy

Thank you for your stay with us. We are committed to our guests’ comfort, satisfaction, and safety. Please do take time to enjoy Hotel amenities like Indoor Swimming Pool, Kiddie Pool, Hot Tub, & Deck Slide, Complimentary Breakfast Wi-Fi & Parking, Fitness Center, Business Center, Kids Game Room, Kids Play & Picnic Area,Outdoor Gazebo & Sitting Space, Our Indoor Lobby Sitting Area, along with In-Room Amenities. To keep up with our amenities and to make our Guests’ Stay as joyful as possible, please keep in mind our Hotel Policies as mentioned below:

1. General Policies:

• Check-in is 4 pm and Check-out time is 11 am
• This is Strictly 100% Non-Smoking Property (Please note there is a $250 cleaning fee for smoking/vaping /incense inside rooms/premises)
• Credit Card Authorization required if any 3 rd Person/Company paying for Guests
• Parties of any sort, including Birthday parties OR Pool Parties are PROHIBITED
• Early Check-In and Late Check-out requests are subject to availability & fee
• Guns are Not allowed in premises
• Please be considerate of comfort & safety of other guests. Kids must not run around in hallways & common areas. It is Quiet Time after 10 PM
• Housekeeping stayover services upon request only, a day in advance
• There may be an incidental hold authorization put on your card at the time of check-in, which will be released at the time of checkout. It may take a few business days to reflect that back in to your account based on your bank. Deposit hold will not be released in case of any hotel policy violation/damages/smoking in the hotel facility

2. Pet Policies:

• Pet Fee: $25 per pet per night. Only pets under 50 lbs. in weight are allowed
• Pets must not be left unattended in rooms at any time
• Pets must be leashed at all times while in common areas
• Pets are not allowed in Swimming Pool and Breakfast Area
• Please use outdoor area for pet waste and kindly clean up after your pets. There is a penalty of up to $100 for any pet waste inside premises
• No more than 2 pets allowed per room. Pets must not bother other guests

3. Swimming Pool Policies:

• Pool is open from 6 am to 9 pm, and Pets are not allowed in Pool Area
• No Food & Beverages allowed in Pool Area. Please do not litter in Pool area
• Running, jumping, horseplay strictly prohibited in entire pool & common area
• Kids under 18 must be accompanied with parents or guardian in Pool at all times, and must not be left unattended at any point in time
• Visitors are Not allowed in Pool. Only Guests staying in hotel are allowed
• There is no life guard on Duty. Guests are responsible for their own safety
• Please use emergency phone in pool area in case of emergency
• Please be considerate of other guests while using the pool & hot tub
• Parties Prohibited. Please do not use pool if you are under influence of alcohol
• Please Do Not open windows as will damage pool dehumidification system

4. Parking Policies

• One parking per room. Additional parking upon availability only
• Parking is complimentary. Please be considerate of other guests’ cars parking.
• Vehicles/Cars with Boat, Trailer, or Storages must not occupy more than 2 parking spots. Guest must ask front desk for such vehicle parking location

5. GYM, KIDS PLAY AREA, PICNIC AREA, & OUTDOOR SITTING AREA POLICIES

• Kids under 18 years of age must be accompanied with parents or guardian, and must not be left unattended at any time
• Please keep it clean. No litter in Gym, kids play area, picnic areas, & outdoor sitting areas
